Properly selected perennials, shrubs and trees for a given location can transform a landscape with texture, color, and movement, just to name a few. The selection process must take into account the many variables of a particular location that will affect the plant’s performance. 

It is important to understand the needs of the customer, as well.  Does the customer enjoy maintaining their plants or would they rather have plants that require less attention?
